Mental Health Therapy with weekly therapy is done with Different modalities that include Anxiety treatment, Coping Skills, and Tips for feeling better. Includes Anxiety Treatment which will increase the calm, and really take a deep dive into what is your specific anxiety about. You can contact me and work out a time period which is six weeks or more -150.00 a session.
Mental Health and Getting Well
I work with Mental Health and Getting Well, which is another package you can choose that will teach and guide you to healthy and Positive thinking. A progressive class that you will meet with me, and we discuss your thoughts and how to minimize them if they are overthinking, negative, and clarity. The price is $200.00, and you will have two days a week with me and a work to do that will increase your mindfulness and self -awareness. I will offer you a zoom session for 20 minutes for your questions,
I work with woman and men, any ethnic background and have the capacity to find a good fit for you to decrease anxiety symptoms and learn ways that are working well.
